Konstantine Bolkvadze (კონსტანტინე ბოლქვაძე) is a Master of Art History, curator, and researcher. His sphere of research interests covers the Soviet and post-Soviet periods in Georgian fine art, and the influence of socialist realism and the ideological program of de-Stalinization on the visual language of various artists. He leads the Georgian Soviet Art course at the Free University of Tbilisi. He also works at the Georgian Museum of Fine Arts, and is the author of numerous research articles and critical texts. His professional activities include research, educational, and curatorial projects.
